In 1985, a New York magazine article coined the term “Brat Pack” to refer to a group of young Hollywood actors who starred in popular films such as “St. Elmo’s Fire” and John Hughes movies. The term quickly caught on and changed the lives of these actors, including Andrew McCarthy, who revisits the term and its impact in a new docu-series called “BRATS.” The series also features interviews with the article’s author and other members of the “Brat Pack.”
