Adidas has failed to reinstate its lawsuit against fashion house Thom Browne for allegedly copying its iconic three-stripe trademark. The US appeals court affirmed the jury’s decision that Thom Browne’s designs did not violate Adidas’ trademark rights. Adidas has filed numerous lawsuits related to its trademark since 2008.
